Take a closer look
at your night.
Sleep duration, a sleep score and estimated sleep stages — light, deep and REM sleep — give you an overview. See how your sleep changes from one night to the next.

Our smart ring helps you keep track of sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), stress levels and movement.
So you can pay closer attention to yourself.
Work, family, appointments: you keep a lot of things going. Your own needs often come last. And “I will take care of myself” soon becomes “later”.
We help you pay closer attention to yourself in everyday life. Your ring tracks sleep, heart rate, HRV and movement. Stress insights add to your understanding of how you feel. Our ScanityHealth app presents the information clearly for you.
